Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Turbo Tech Swap, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Lead Times
Turbo Tech Swap cannot guarantee exact lead times on any order.
- Typical lead time for engine kits: approximately 26 weeks from the date of purchase
- Lower mileage selections, custom configurations, or upgrades may extend lead times
- Any order changes after purchase will result in additional processing time
- Lead times reset from the date any modification is confirmed
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm all specifications before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
- No returns accepted
- No refunds issued under any circumstance
- Repair or replacement only within the 30-day warranty period, subject to inspection
Deposits & Purchases
- Deposits represent a binding agreement to complete the purchase
- Deposits must be completed within 7 days or upon kit completion
- Failure to complete payment results in forfeiture of the deposit
Payment & Shipping Hold Policy
- Bank Transfers, Mobile Payments (CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, E transfer) purchases on ready-to-ship turnkey engines will be shipping once payment is confirmed and cleared in our account.
- Crypto Paments or Wire Transfer purchases may ship immediately once payment clears
Order Cancellations & Alterations
- No cancellations on pre-orders or custom orders after 24 hours
- Order changes will incur additional lead time and possible upcharges
- Lead time resets from the date of alteration
In rare cases: cancellations after 24 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Shipping & Freight Inspection
IMPORTANT: Do not sign for damaged freight.
- Signing for damaged freight voids insurance and warranty claims
- Inspect all crates for holes, damage, or repaired sides
- All engine kits ship fully enclosed in protective crates
Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is damaged in transit:
- Refuse the delivery immediately
- Turbo Tech Swap will repair the original unit or replace it if deemed unrepairable
Warranty Policy
Warranty Period: 30 days from date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions
- Dyno tuning of any kind
- ECM tuning or diagnostics
- Unauthorized modifications
- Improper installation or misuse
Additional Warranty Notes
- Labor, diagnostics, and transportation costs are not covered
- Cooling components may not be OEM
- Missing or additional parts are not covered after 30 days
Intended Use & Legal Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Turbo Tech Swap are intended for off-road or race-track use only.
The buyer accepts full responsibility for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
Competition Use Notice
COMPETITION USE ONLY.
- Legal only for sanctioned racing vehicles operated on closed courses
- Vehicles may not be driven on public roads
- Improper use voids warranty and may result in fines or penalties
